For your convenience, multiple payment options are available to you:

  • make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments by ACH transfer or credit card using the Mynd Resident mobile app,

  • pay in cash at a Zego Cashpay retail location,

  • pay over the phone using credit card or e-check, or

  • pay by mail using a personal check, cashier's check, or money order

Using the Mynd Resident Mobile App

The preferred method of paying rent is online using the Mynd Resident mobile app (available for both iPhone and Android) or by logging into your resident account at myhome.mynd.co. If you already have an account set up†, you can log in and pay by either ACH/e-check or credit/debit card††. ACH transfers are free! (no processing fee is charged).

In Cash

If you'd like to pay in cash, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Resident Services Manager to request a Zego Cashpay account number. You can submit your request through the mobile app or by emailing residents@mynd.co

  2. Find a participating Zego Cashpay retailer near you.

  3. Present your Zego Cashpay account number along with your payment to the customer service agent at the Zego Cashpay location. The agent might ask you to confirm your home address. Be sure to keep your receipt until the payment shows up in your account payment transaction history. A transaction fee of $4 is payable along with your rent for this payment method.

By Phone

Payments may be made by phone using a credit card or e-check by calling our payment partner, Zego, at 1-866-729-5327. Additional fees apply.

By Check

We do not recommend mailing payments as this can cause delays in receiving the payment. Payment received by mail may also incur a processing fee. However, if you have no other recourse, payments by personal check may be sent to:

Be sure your home address is clearly visible on the front of your check.

If you don’t yet have an account set up, you can begin the setup process by going to the web portal (accessible via browser at https://myhome.mynd.co) and clicking "Create an Account". You will need to have a government-issued ID and supply us with your home address so that we can verify your identity.
