How to Use Account Connect (Plaid) - Step-by-Step Guide

Access Account Linking: Click to Add a Bank Account in the Mynd Resident Mobile or Web Application - you can do this through the One Time Payment process, AutoPay setup, or Payment Method Set Up.

Select Plaid: Choose to add your bank account through Plaid for secure linking.

Choose Your Bank: Select your banking institution from the list provided.

Login: Log in using your online banking credentials for authentication.

Select Account: If you have multiple accounts, choose the specific account you want to link.

Account Details: Fill in the name on the account for identification purposes.

Complete Transaction: Make a one-time payment or schedule an AutoPay as needed.
