The best way to request service is through the Mynd Resident mobile app, (available for download on iPhone and Android) This will allow you to include photos to help describe the issue and allow our service team to resolve the issue faster.

Please do not submit duplicate requests and support messages for the same issue because this will slow down our efforts to solve your problem.

If you have more than one issue needing to be addressed, please create a separate service request for each. Do not combine multiple issues in one request.

If you have trouble submitting your request via the mobile app, you can alternatively point a web browser at myhome.mynd.co and login to make your request.
