How do I sign up for Best Egg Flexible Rent?

Residents are able to apply for an open-end line of credit with an affordable subscription fee and set payment frequency directly within their Mynd Resident portal using the steps below:

1. Log in to your Mynd resident app on your phone or computer.

2. If you’re enrolled in Autopay, make sure you deactivate Autopay before enrolling in Best Egg, to avoid double-paying.

3. Click the “Pay Now” button and choose Flexible Rent as a payment method.

4. You will be redirected to Best Egg to apply for Flexible Rent.

5. If approved, set your payment schedule.

6. Best Egg will make one payment to Mynd on your behalf on the day your rent is due.
