On the day you move out, you should follow the instructions provided by the automated move-out instructions via the app. You may need to leave the keys in the unit and lock it on your way out or in a smart lockbox provided by Mynd. You will also need to submit a photo of the key location via the app. Please do not mail the keys to our office, as this will require us to return the keys to the property and charge you for the added expense.
