Set up your utilities

Please make sure to set up the following utilities in your name. To confirm the setup, send screenshots displaying the address and start date (use your move-in date) to your Resident Experience Manager via email before your move-in day. Failure to transfer or maintain these utilities in your name may result in a $25 administration charge per utility bill received by the Landlord.


Required utilities include:

  1. Trash

  2. Water

  3. Gas

  4. Electric
