Purchase renters insurance

As outlined in your lease agreement, at least one resident is required to maintain $100,000 in liability coverage. To simplify this process for you, Mynd has partnered with Millennial Specialty Insurance (MSI). You can log into the Mynd Resident App to complete one of the following options:

1. Purchase a policy through MSI

2. Opt into Mynd's basic liability plan

3. Upload proof of your existing coverage

If you do not secure renter's insurance within ten days of your move-in date, we will automatically opt you into the basic liability plan that adds a $12.95 charge to your monthly bill. If you prefer to select a plan with an alternate insurance provider, simply upload proof of renter’s insurance into the Mynd resident portal to satisfy this requirement as part of your lease agreement.

When uploading proof of your existing coverage via the Mynd Resident App, please ensure that the following Interested Party details are included:
