Sign up for renter's insurance
All lease agreements require renter’s liability insurance. If you don’t already have an insurance provider, we provide available options in the Mynd resident portal. Simply log in, select “My lease” and click on “Insurance.” Select from the available options for one that best suits your needs. After you’ve confirmed your selection, we’ll collect your payment details.
If you do not secure renter's insurance within ten days of your move-in date, we will automatically opt you into the basic liability plan that adds a $12.95 charge to your monthly bill. If you prefer to select a plan with an alternate insurance provider, simply upload proof of renter’s insurance into the Mynd resident portal to satisfy this requirement as part of your lease agreement.
