Set up utilities

We highly recommend that new residents set up services and contact their utility providers in advance of the scheduled move-in date. This helps to avoid any delays in service or lags in the set-up process. The most common utilities to set up are water, gas, electric, trash, sewer, cable, and internet. Each home is different, so please make sure to double check your lease agreement for details.

After you’ve set up utilities, please provide Mynd with all account numbers. This info can be provided via the “I need help” button in the Mynd resident portal.
