To add or remove a pet, please submit a request using the app or Resident Portal at https://resident.mynd.co under the category Lease Questions, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Pets will need to be screened via petscreening.com for approval.
Once the pet screening is completed and the pet is approved by the property owner, a pet addendum will be sent to all leaseholders for signing. Once the addendum is signed it will become a part of the lease. Any applicable pet rent and/or deposits will be added to your account and must be paid immediately.
If you have a service or emotional support animal, proper documentation will be required via pet screening prior to the animal occupying the unit.
