Switching to another unit is sometimes possible on a case-by-case basis, depending on both owner discretion and availability. First, we need to review your current lease agreement to ensure that you are legally able to make the change. In addition, you will need to meet the rental criteria for the new unit (if different from your existing unit) and re-qualify.
