To add or remove a pet, please submit a request using the Mynd Resident mobile app, (available for download on iPhone and Android) or by logging into your resident account at myhome.mynd.co and select "Get Help" from the sidebar menu, then select "I have a question about my Lease agreement." Please include a description of the pet you want to add that includes the type of animal, breed, and approximate weight.

All Pets will need to be screened via petscreening.com for approval.
Once the pet screening is completed and the pet is approved by the property owner, a pet addendum will be sent to all leaseholders for signing. Once the addendum is signed it will become a part of the lease. Any applicable pet rent and/or deposits will be added to your account and must be paid immediately.

If you have a service or emotional support animal, proper documentation will be required via pet screening prior to the animal occupying the unit.

Pets are allowed in the unit at the property owner’s discretion.
